I'm Teresa Morillas, and after almost two decades of optimizing processes in the food and big pharma industries, as well as teaching at university, I packed up my gear and began my next journey in 2018 as a Nutritional Counselor, Health Coach, and “Solopreneur.”
The result of this new professional stage is my signature project: Your Life on a Plate
I help individuals integrate and restore physical and emotional health through balancing their relationship with body, mind, and the food on their plate.

I debunk nutritional myths and translate “ivory-tower Babel” into understandable and accessible recommendations that allow everyone to make better-informed health decisions.
